フィンガル（愛: Fine Gall、英: Fingal）は、アイルランドのレンスター地方のダブリン県（ダブリン地域）に位置する地方行政区画のひとつ。

The ancient parish from which it stems was called Scrinium Sancti Columbae and was derived from a shrine to St. Columba (ColmCille of the Cenel Conaill, proto-O'Donnells), brought over from Britain in 875, and held in a monastery there. Adam de Feypo erected a castle there, and his family founded a friary of eremites of the order of St. Augustine
