ヒストンアセチルトランスフェラーゼ(ヒストンアセチル基転移酵素、ヒストンアセチル化酵素、英: histone acetyltransferase、略称: HAT)は、ヒストンタンパク質のリジン残基をアセチル化する酵素である。アセチルCoAからのアセチル基の転移によって、ε-N-アセチルリジンが形成される。真核生物のゲノムDNAはヒストンの周囲に巻き付いており、ヒストンへのアセチル基の転移によって遺伝子はオンとなったりオフとなったりする。一般的に、ヒストンのアセチル化は遺伝子発現を増加させる。
