サファ・シンプソン・ハリケーン・ウィンド・スケール（英: Saffir-Simpson hurricane wind scale; SSHWS）は、熱帯低気圧 (tropical depression (TD)) と熱帯暴風雨 (tropical storm (TS)) を上回る強さにまで発達したハリケーン — 西半球の熱帯低気圧 — を持続的な風の強度によって5段階の「カテゴリー」に階級区分する尺度である。旧称はサファ・シンプソン・ハリケーン・スケール (Saffir-Simpson hurricane scale; SSHS) といった。
