アーニー・フレッチャー(英語: Ernie Fletcher、本名:アーネスト・リー・フレッチャー、英語: Ernest Lee Fletcher、1952年11月12日 - )は、アメリカ合衆国の政治家、医師。1998年にケンタッキー州から共和党員として連邦下院議員に選出され、連続3期当選した後の2003年に第60代ケンタッキー州知事に当選した後、連邦下院議員を辞任した。なおケンタッキー州知事は2007年まで務めた。フレッチャーが政界に入る前は代々医師の家であり、バプテストの在俗牧師だった。ケンタッキー州知事に選ばれた医師としては2人目であり、1人目は1879年に選ばれたルーク・ブラックバーンだった。
