経頭蓋磁気刺激法（けいとうがいじきしげきほう、英: Transcranial magnetic stimulation、TMS）は、おもに8の字型の電磁石によって生み出される、急激な磁場の変化によって（ファラデーの電磁誘導の法則により）弱い電流を組織内に誘起させることで、脳内のニューロンを興奮させる非侵襲的な方法である。この方法により、最小限の不快感で脳活動を引き起こすことで、脳の回路接続の機能が調べられる。
