サイクリンD(英: cyclin D)は、細胞周期の進行を調節するサイクリンファミリーのメンバーである。サイクリンDの合成はG1期に開始され、G1期からS期への移行を駆動する。サイクリンDタンパク質は生物種によって、155アミノ酸(カワホトトギスガイ)から477アミノ酸(ショウジョウバエ)とさまざまである[2]。
