サイクリン依存性キナーゼ4(サイクリンいぞんせいキナーゼ4、英: Cyclin-dependent kinase 4、略称: CDK4)は、ヒトではCDK4遺伝子にコードされる酵素である。CDK4はサイクリン依存性キナーゼ(CDK)ファミリーに属する。
