αヘリックス（Alpha helix）はタンパク質の二次構造の共通モチーフの1つで、ばねに似た右巻きらせんの形をしている。骨格となるアミノ酸の全てのアミノ基は4残基離れたカルボキシ基と水素結合を形成している。
