第23回スーパーボウル（だい23かいスーパーボウル、Super Bowl XXIII）は、1989年1月22日にアメリカ合衆国フロリダ州マイアミガーデンズのジョー・ロビー・スタジアムで開催されたアメリカンフットボールの試合。1988年シーズンのNFL優勝をかけて、AFC王者シンシナティ・ベンガルズとNFC王者サンフランシスコ・フォーティナイナーズが対戦した。その結果、ナイナーズがベンガルズを20-16で破って、4年ぶり3度目のスーパーボウル制覇を果たした。MVPはナイナーズのワイドレシーバーであるジェリー・ライスが受賞した。
