ポール・マンツ（Albert Paul Mantz、1903年8月2日 - 1965年7月8日）は、1930年代から墜落事故で死亡する1960年代半ばまでエアレース、映画でのスタント・パイロット及びコンサルタントとして著名なパイロットである。ハリウッドとエアレースという2つの舞台で名声を得た。
