セオドア・ギルモア・ビルボー(Theodore Gilmore Bilbo、1877年10月13日 - 1947年8月21日)は、アメリカ合衆国の政治家。民主党所属。ミシシッピ州知事を2期(1916年 - 1920年、1928年 - 1932年)務めたのち、連邦上院議員(1935年 - 1947年)。議事妨害と辛辣な発言が多く、激烈な議論を展開した彼の名は、白人至上主義の同義語と化した。人種差別主義者であることを誇り、黒人が劣っていると信じ、人種隔離を擁護し、クー・クラックス・クラン会員であった[1][2]。
