カゼインキナーゼ1(英: casein kinase 1、略称: CK1/CKI、EC 2.7.11.1)は、真核生物のほとんどの細胞種でシグナル伝達経路の調節因子として機能するセリン・スレオニンキナーゼのファミリーである。CK1のアイソフォームはWntシグナル伝達、概日リズム、転写因子の核-細胞質間移行、DNA修復、転写に関与している[1]。
