全血

全血（ぜんけつ、英: Whole blood）は、標準的な献血によって提供されるヒトの血液である[1]。大量出血への治療や交換輸血、自己血輸血を行う際に用いられる[2][1]。450 mLから500 mL程の全血を輸血することで、ヘモグロビン濃度を10 g/L程高くすることができる[3]。一般的には輸血を行う前に、交差適合試験が行われる[2][4]。輸血は点滴によって行われる[5]。
