ハビエル・ヘラルド・ミレイ（スペイン語: Javier Gerardo Milei、スペイン語発音: [xaˈβjeɾ xeˈɾaɾ.ðo miˈlej]、1970年10月22日 - ）は、アルゼンチンの政治家、経済学者、作家。第59代大統領。アルゼンチン中央銀行を廃止して、米ドルをアルゼンチンの通貨に制定させるなど過激な主張が多いことから、「アルゼンチンのトランプ」という異名をもつ[1]。オーストリア学派の経済学者として、アルゼンチンの歴代政権の財政政策に対して、「政府支出を削減すべきだ」と批評している。
