エメリー郡（エメリーぐん、英: Emery County）は、アメリカ合衆国ユタ州の中部東寄りに位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は10,976人であり、2000年の10,860人から1.1%増加した[1]。郡庁所在地はキャッスルデール市（人口1,630人[2]）であり[3]、同郡で人口最大の都市はハンティントン市（人口2,129人[4]）である。1880年に設立され、郡名は1875年のユタ準州知事ジョージ・W・エメリーに因んで名付けられた。
