γ-セクレターゼ

γ-セクレターゼ: gamma secretase)は、複数のサブユニットからなるプロテアーゼ複合体で、膜内切断プロテアーゼ(膜貫通タンパク質を膜貫通ドメイン内で切断するプロテアーゼ)の一種である。アルツハイマー病の発病と関わりがあると考えられている。
