Indirect ,immunofluorescence assay method
【概要】 間接蛍光抗体法。古くから世界で採用されてきた確認検査法の一つ。抗原となる細胞を無蛍光スライドグラスに固定しておき、これに被検血清を反応させ、洗い流す。これに蛍光色素を標識した抗ヒトIgG抗体を反応させ、紫外線をあてて蛍光顕微鏡で観察する。抗原に対応した抗体が血清中にあれば蛍光を発する。
【詳しく】 検査法としての感度は高くないが特異性は高いとされる。ただし検査に時間がかかり、熟練を要し、大量検体に向かない。希釈倍数で半定量とする。
