クラークスデール（英: Clarksdale）は、アメリカ合衆国ミシシッピ州の都市。コアホマ郡の郡庁所在地である[2]。人口は1万4903人（2020年）。ミシシッピ・デルタ地域にあり、農業の中心である。多くのブルース・ミュージシャンを輩出してきた。市名は設立者ジョン・クラークから採られた。
