第7代パース伯爵ジェームズ・エリック・ドラモンド^{[注釈 1]}（James Eric Drummond, 7th Earl of Perth GCMG, CB, PC, DL、1876年 8月17日 - 1951年 12月15日）は、イギリスの政治家、外交官である。国際連盟の初代事務総長（1920年 - 1933年）を務めた。

注釈

^ ジェームズ・エリック・ドラモンドは、ジャコバイト貴族（英語版）であるパース公爵の13代目であり、1605年にパース伯爵家が創設されたことで確立された血統の16代目の子孫である。しかし、1716年から1853年までの間、第4代伯爵の相続人の死刑執行によって爵位が没収されたため、公認の爵位を持つのは第7代パース伯爵のみであった。
