MSM, Men who have sex with men

【概要】男性と性行為をもつ男性の総称。性的指向を男性だけにしている男性と、男性も女性も相手にしている男性を広く包含したもの。"ゲイ"あるいは"バイセクシャル"あるいは"ヘテロセクシャル"であるとの認識には関係ない。　

【詳しく】いつからか、アメリカで HIVの感染経路別の分類に使い始めた。同性愛とか異性愛などの"愛"には関係なく、行為そのものに注目した分類である。HIV感染症においては高い危険群である。

男性間性交渉者（だんせいかんせいこうしょうしゃ、英語: Men who have Sex with Men または Males who have Sex with Males、略称: MSM）は、同性と性行為をする男性を意味する言葉である。この言葉の意味する男性には、本人の自認するセクシュアリティーの内容は問わない。
