アロールート

アロールート(Arrowroot)は、クズウコン等いくつかの熱帯植物の地下茎から得られるデンプンである。フロリダソテツから得られるフロリダアロールートやキャッサバから得られるタピオカもアロールートと呼ばれることがある。タシロイモのポリネシアンアロールートやクズも似た用途で用いられる。
