血小板第4因子（けっしょうばんだい4いんし、英: platelet factor 4、略称: PF4）は、CXCケモカインファミリーに属するサイトカインで、chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 4（CXCL4）という名称でも知られる。血小板の凝集中、このケモカインは活性化された血小板のα顆粒から放出され、ヘパリン様分子の効果を緩和することによって血液凝固を促進する。こうした機能のため、創傷治癒や炎症に役割を有すると予測されている[5]。通常はプロテオグリカンとの複合体として存在している。
