臨床評価項目

臨床評価項目（りんしょうひょうかこうもく）もしくはエンドポイント（Clinical endpoint）またはアウトカム（Clinical outcome）とは、臨床研究における目標となる疾患、症状、徴候、臨床検査値異常の発生を示す結果指標である。また、個人や団体が試験から離脱する強い動機となる疾患や徴候を指す場合もあり、人道的評価項目と呼ばれることもある。

- ^ その事象の発現時点において患者が死の危険に晒されている場合をいい、仮にもっと重度であれば死を招いたかもしれないという意味ではない。
