心の知能指数

心の知能指数（こころのちのうしすう、英: emotional intelligence quotient、EQ）は、心の知能 (英: emotional intelligence、EI) を測定する指標である。心の知能とは、自己や他者の感情を知覚し、また自分の感情をコントロールする知能を指す。
