ヤン・ダ・シルバ・ゴームズ（Yan da Silva Gomes, ポルトガル語発音: [ˈɐ̃w̃ ˈɡõmiʃ], 英語発音: /jæn goʊmz/; 1987年7月19日 - ）は、ブラジルのサンパウロ州サンパウロ出身のプロ野球選手（捕手）。右投右打。MLBのシカゴ・カブス所属。ブラジル出身で初のMLB選手である[2]。
