スキールまたはスキル[1]（アイスランド語: skyr[2]）とは、アイスランド産のヨーグルト[1]。ギリシャヨーグルトのような粘り気があり、ギリシャヨーグルトと同じく濾過することで乳清が取り除かれたヨーグルトである。厳密にはチーズの一種である。
