アカンプトネクテス

アカンプトネクテス（学名:Acamptonectes）は、イングランドとドイツから知られる、絶滅したオフタルモサウルス科の魚竜の属である。イングランドとドイツの白亜紀前期オーテリビアン期の層や、白亜紀前期と後期の境界であるアルビアン期後期からセノマニアン期前期にあたるイギリス東部のケンブリッジ・グリーンサンドから収集された。アカンプトネクテスは Valentin Fischer らにより2012年に初めて記載された[1]。
