ピオグリタゾン（Pioglitazone）は、チアゾリジン系の経口血糖降下薬である。商品名アクトスで販売される。日本では、1999年9月22日に武田薬品工業が承認を取得している[1]:1。2009年12月21日付けで再審査結果が通知され、効能・効果および用法・用量に変更なく了解された。2012年12月現在は後発品も多数販売されている。
