次亜硝酸銀(I)(じあしょうさんぎん いち、英語: Silver hyponitrite)は、 化学式Ag
2N
2O
2または(Ag+)2[ON=NO]2−で表される無機化合物である。1価の銀イオンと次亜硝酸イオンを含む。明るい黄色を呈する固体であり、水、ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)やジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)などの有機溶媒にほとんど不溶である[1][2][3]。
合成
次亜硝酸銀(I)は、1848年に初めて記述された[4]。
次亜硝酸ナトリウム水溶液に硝酸銀を加えることで沈殿させることができる[2]。
- Na2N2O2 + 2 AgNO3 → Ag2N2O2 + 2 NaNO3
過剰量の硝酸銀を加えることで茶色から黒色の沈殿が得られる[1][2]。
また、硝酸銀とナトリウムアマルガムの反応からも得ることができる[5]。
性質と反応
次亜硝酸銀(I)は濃次亜硝酸アルカリ金属溶液に少し溶けるが、アンモニア水には錯イオン[(NH3)2Ag]+を形成するため極めてよく溶ける[6]。光に曝されると徐々に分解する[5]。
無水物は158 ℃の真空中で分解する。主生成物は酸化銀(I)Ag2Oおよび亜酸化窒素N2Oであるが、これらは反応して窒素、金属銀、銀塩や単体の酸化物からなる混合物を形成する[1]。
次亜硝酸
次亜硝酸銀(I)と無水塩化水素のジエチルエーテル中での反応は、次亜硝酸を生成する標準的な方法である。
- Ag2N2O2 + 2 HCl → H2N2O2 + 2 AgCl
分光データは、得られる次亜硝酸がトランス配置であることを示している[7]。
ハロゲン化アルキル
次亜硝酸銀(I)をハロゲン化アルキルと反応させることで、次亜硝酸アルキルが得られる。例えば、臭化メチルと反応させることで自発的に爆発する次亜硝酸ジメチルが生成される[2]。
- 2 CH3Br + Ag2N2O2 → H3C-O-N=N-O-CH3 + 2 AgBr
エチル基[8]、ベンジル基[9][10][11]、tert-ブチル基[12][13][14]を含むその他の次亜硝酸塩も文献で報告されている。
