年間積算日とは、その年の 1 日目からの日数を表します。たとえば、最初の月の最初の日の GetDayOfYear は 1 を返し、最後の月の最後の日の GetDayOfYear はその年の合計日数を返します。これは、GetDaysInYear によって返される値と同じです。
