ロビンソン・クルーソー島(ロビンソン・クルーソーとう、スペイン語: Isla Róbinson Crusoe)は、南太平洋のファン・フェルナンデス諸島で2番目に大きい島。旧名をマサティエラ島(Más a Tierra、陸に近いという意味[2])という。諸島の有人島(もう1つはアレハンドロ・セルカーク島)の中で最も人口が多く、そのほとんどは島の北海岸のカンバーランド湾に位置するサン・ファン・バウティスタに住んでいる[1]。
