テガフール

テガフール（Tegafur、略名：FT）は、癌に対する化学療法に用いられるフルオロウラシルのプロドラッグである。フッ化ピリミジン系代謝拮抗薬に分類される。テガフール・ウラシル (UFT) 、テガフール・ギメラシル・オテラシルカリウム（TS-1）の構成成分を成す。テガフールは主に肝臓でCYP2A6代謝を受けフルオロウラシルになることで、抗癌活性を示す[1]。商品名フトラフール。
