サマンサ・リード・スミス （英語: Samantha Reed Smith、1972年6月29日 - 1985年8月25日）は米ソ冷戦下、アメリカ史上最年少の親善大使となり有名になった少女である。1982年、当時、ソビエト連邦共産党書記長に就任したばかりのユーリ・アンドロポフに手紙を親展したところ、アンドロポフ本人からソ連への招待を含む個人的な返信を受領し、彼女はこれを受託した。
