思考場療法

思考場療法（しこうばりょうほう、Thought Field Therapy、TFT）は、アメリカの心理学者ロジャー・キャラハンが開発した、非主流科学の心理療法、ニューエイジ系のセラピーである[1][2]。支持者は、上半身と腕の経穴を指で「タッピング」することで、多種多様な精神的・身体的不調を治療することができると考えている[1]。
