現在のテキスト ビューの改ページ位置が自動修正される場合の、現在のテキスト ビュー上の最初の TextViewElement オブジェクトのインデックス。現在の TextView オブジェクトに TextViewElement オブジェクトが存在しない場合は、-1 が返されます。
