2016年のベライゾン・インディカー・シリーズ (2016 Verizon IndyCar Series) は、インディカー・シリーズの21年目のシーズンとなる。第100回インディアナポリス500マイルレースはシリーズ6戦目として5月29日に開催された。スコット・ディクソンおよびシボレーがディフェンディングチャンピオンとしてシリーズに臨んだ。
- ^ 8月13日、デイリーはポコノのレースで、8月6日に事故死したブライアン・クロウソンを追悼して88番のゼッケンを使用すると発表した。クロウソンはインディカーでの最後のレースとなった2016年のインディ500で88番を使用していた。
