2016年のダンロップ [1] MSA ブリティッシュツーリングカーチャンピオンシップ （The 2016 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship、通称BTCC）は、イギリスとスコットランドで開催された生産ベースのツーリングカーでのモーターレース選手権。

プロのモーターレーシングチームと、一般向けに販売され、チャンピオンシップの技術規則に準拠したファミリーカーの高度に修正されたバージョンで競い合う私費資金のアマチュアドライバーの組み合わせを特色としている。2016年シーズンは、第59回目の英国ツーリングカー選手権シーズンであり、次世代ツーリングカー （NGTC）技術仕様に準拠した車にとっては第6シーズンにあたる。
