免疫グロブリンE（めんえきグロブリンE、英語: Immunoglobulin E、IgE）とは哺乳類にのみ存在する糖タンパク質であり、免疫グロブリンの一種である。

免疫グロブリンEは、哺乳類にのみ存在する抗体の一種である。IgEは、1966から1967年に2つの独立したグループによって同時に発見された。コロラド州デンバーの小児喘息研究所・病院の石坂公成のチームとスウェーデンのウプサラのグンナー・ヨハンソンとハンス・ベニッヒのチームである。共同論文が1969年4月に発表された。
