メモ : このインターフェイスは、.NET Framework version 2.0 で新しく追加されたものです。

AsymmetricAlgorithm クラスで、キー コンテナ情報の列挙や CAPI (Microsoft Cryptographic API) と互換性のあるキー BLOB のインポートとエクスポートを行うことができるようにする、メソッドを定義します。
