この AuthenticatedStream を使用して送信するデータが暗号化されるかどうかを示す Boolean 値を取得します。

プロパティ値
ネットワーク上で送信する前にデータを暗号化し、データがリモート エンドポイントに到達したときに復号化する場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。

解説

暗号化によってデータのプライバシーを保護できます。つまり、暗号化によって、データの送信中に第三者がデータを解読できないことが保証されます。
