免疫グロブリン重鎖(めんえきグロブリンじゅうさ、英: immunoglobulin heavy chain、IgH)は、抗体(免疫グロブリン)の大規模なポリペプチドサブユニットである。ヒトゲノム上で、IgH遺伝子座は14番染色体に存在する。
