世界エイズ・結核・マラリア対策基金（せかいエイズ・けっかく・マラリアたいさくききん、英: The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria）又は単にグローバルファンド（英: The Global Fund）は、「国連持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）」の一つでもある世界三大感染症 HIV/エイズ 、結核、マラリアの流行を終わらせるために、さらなる資金を動員し、活用し、投資することを目的として設立された、国際的な資金調達およびパートナーシップのための組織である[1]。スイスのジュネーブに事務局を置き[2]、2002年1月に活動を開始した。マイクロソフト創設者ビル・ゲイツが創立したビル&メリンダ・ゲイツ財団は、初期に投資した最初の民間財団の1つ[3]。Appleやギャップなどが参画するProduct Redの収益はグローバルファンドのエイズ対策に寄付されている。
