モデリング&シミュレーション（ Modeling and Simulation, M＆S ）は、シミュレーションの基礎としてモデル（例： システム、エンティティ、現象、またはプロセスの物理学的、数学的、または論理的表現）を使用して、経営上または技術的な意思決定に利用されるデータを生成することである。[1] [2]
