ゾーニング (都市計画)

ゾーニング (英語: zoning) は、基礎自治体の領域内に線引きし、土地利用について一定の許可や禁止で条件づけながら、住宅地域、工業地域など、いくつかの区域 (zone) に分割していく過程である[1]。
