プロ野球コミッショナー宛て独立調査報告：メジャーリーグ選手によるステロイド及びその他の運動能力向上薬物の違法使用に関して(Report to the Commissioner of Baseball of an Independent Investigation into the Illegal Use of Steroids and Other Performance Enhancing Substances by Players in Major League Baseball)は、元アメリカ合衆国上院議員のジョージ・J・ミッチェルによるメジャーリーグベースボール（MLB）における運動能力向上薬物使用の実態調査報告書であり、薬物スキャンダルに発展した。一般には報告者の名から「ミッチェル・レポート」(Mitchell Report)と呼ばれる。21ヶ月間に及ぶアナボリックステロイドとヒト成長ホルモン（HGH）の使用者の調査は総計409ページにわたる報告書にまとめられ、2007年12月13日に発表された。
