テンサス郡（テンサスぐん、英: Tensas Parish）は、アメリカ合衆国ルイジアナ州の北部に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は5,252人であり、2000年の6,618人から20.6％減少した[1]。州内で最も人口の少ない郡である[2]。郡庁所在地はセントジョセフ市（人口1,176人[3]）であり[4]、同郡で人口最大の町はニューエルトン市（人口1,187人[5]）である。
