サイオト郡（英: Scioto County）は、アメリカ合衆国オハイオ州の南部中央、サイオト川がオハイオ川に合流する地点に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は79,499人であり、2000年の79,195人から0.4%増加した[2]。郡庁所在地はポーツマス市（人口20,226人[3]）であり、同郡で人口最大の都市でもある。
