プロパティ値
ローカル コンピュータでキャッシュが無効になっている場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。

解説

構成ファイルでこの構成属性が true に設定されている場合、グローバルにキャッシュが無効になり、他のすべてのキャッシュ関連の設定は無視されます。また、プログラムでキャッシュを有効にすることはできません。
