解説

このメソッドは、TypeDescriptor を通じてデザイナが公開する属性のディクショナリに項目を追加する手段を提供します。

属性のディクショナリのキーは、それぞれの TypeId プロパティの値が指定する属性の型識別子です。このオブジェクトは PropertyDescriptor 型です。このメソッドは、PostFilterAttributes メソッドの直前に呼び出されます。

実装時の注意 attributes パラメータを通じてアクセスできるディクショナリは、直接変更するか、そのままにしておくことができます。このメソッドをオーバーライドする場合は、独自のフィルタ処理を実行する前に、基本の実装を呼び出します。
