ベーコン・エクスプロージョン (bacon explosion) とは香辛料をきかせたソーセージと刻んだベーコンを具にし、それをベーコンで巻いてつくる豚肉料理である。一皿でアメリカンフットボール大にもなり、燻煙するかオーブンで焼いて完成する。
